Students and athletes both acknowledge the importance of persistence, practice and hard work in order to achieve results. This is why Kumon and Little Athletics have chosen to work together throughout 2021. They offer their best wishes to all athletes competing at the carnival and look forward to attending the event.

Meeting Points.
All Athletes are to report to the relevant meeting point 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of each event. The Age Group Managers will then take the athletes to their track or field event. Pack Start and 800m events will be held following the second last event.

Merchandise Pick Up
Pre-ordered merchandise will be available to pick-up Saturday and Sunday from the Merchandise Tent. There will be a limited supply of merchandise available to purchase on the day. Get in quick so you don’t miss out on your commemorative t-shirt! |

Venue Information
- The stand is currently undergoing an upgrade and is not available for seating however there is plenty of shaded grass areas around the track to pull up a picnic blanket.
- If erecting a tent please abide by the social distancing rules. Tents are limited in size to 3×3.
- If you would like to set up your tent on Friday night you may do so only between 5pm – 6pm.

- Parking will be available at the Snakepit Stadium (adjacent basketball stadium) and entry is via Gipps Street.

Crazy Sock Day, PB Bell & More!
All weekend athletes are invited to ring the brand new PB Bell and write their shiny new Personal Bests on the PB Wall! Take photos with the carnival selfie frame and upload them with the hashtag #lanswcombined.
On Sunday Little Athletics NSW will be supporting Ronald Mcdonald House with a crazy sock day, bring your own crazy socks or purchase them for just $5 in support of RMHCGWS at the carnival. |

Uniform Requirments
All Little Athletes will be required to compete in their full Centre uniform including their Mcdonalds Bib, Coles Patch and Age Patch.
Please contact your centre if you are missing any of these items. |

COVID-19 Information
All patrons attending this event will have to complete a QR check-in code upon arrival at the venue. These will be cleary displayed and enforced across the weekend.
Other COVID related reminders include:
- If you are unwell do not attend the carnival.
- Ensure you social distance 1.5m.
- All equipment will be sanitised between groups.

Tiny Tots & U6 Athletes
Matt from Northern Districts Little Athletics Centre will be holding a session for Tiny Tots and U6 athletes from 10am -11am each day. If you wish to take your child to this session you must sign up on the morning of each day at 9.45am at the Information Tent. All Little Athletes must wear their Little Athletic Centre uniform to be eligible to participate. This is a FREE session and in the past has proven to be very popular! |
