The HART Sport State Track & Field Championships are the culmination of the track & field competition season. The championships will be held Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th March 2024 at SOPAC (Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre). Athletes in the age groups U9 through to U17 progress through to this event after qualifying from their Zone and Region Championships.

Events for the HART Sport State Track & Field Championships, which show day/call room time/start time for each event and age group is below. Athletes should have been aware of the timings before they made their selections for zone.
Once all regions have been completed, the qualifiers to the HART Sport State Track & Field Championships will be posted below. Note: The event number listed is NOT the event number in the State Championships program. The event numbers will be updated closer to the event.
As per Rules of Competition, the Jury of Appeal will consist of 3 people, taken from the following:
At the completion of the HART Sport State Track & Field Championships, a team of 40 x U13 athletes will be selected to compete in the Australian Little Athletics Championships.
Three girls and three boys in the U15 age group will also represent NSW at the Australian Little Athletics Championships, with their selection based on their performances at the Kumon State Combined Carnival.
Multi Class athletes will also be selected. These details are to be finalised and communicated soon.
Each year the Australian Little Athletics Championships is hosted by a different State/Territory Association. In 2023 the event will be conducted in Melbourne and will be held in April.

The U15 LAA National Camp takes place each year during the September/October School holidays. Previously held at the AIS, in 2022 the camp will move to the Gold Coast Performance Centre, Runaway Bay.
This is an elite camp and a great opportunity for athletes to improve their athletic skills and have a great time doing it! The live-in camp is designed to provide elite coaching and active participation in athletics.
With coaching sessions planned each day athletes will be able to enhance their performances whilst improving their overall fitness. Workshops will be held on various topics such as strength & conditioning and stretching; there will also be guest appearances by senior elite athletes.
