Are you aged U8-U14? LANSW would like to invite you to this year’s Christmas Camp for a fun filled weekend with friends in a ‘gadget free’ wholesome environment. The Little Athletics NSW Christmas Camp includes:

• Participate in a rotation of 3 athletics events per day plus workshops, fitness and basic strength & conditioning
• Learn new skills for your next centre competition or prepare for upcoming LANSW Championships
• Let your hair down at the Saturday Night Team Tabloid Challenge
• Sunday – Canoeing

WHEN:  6.45pm Friday, 14 December – until 3.30pm Sunday, 16 December 2018

WHERE:  Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation, Wakehurst Pkwy, North Narrabeen NSW 2101

WHO:  Open to any registered athlete in the U8-U14 age groups, (U8 & U9 must have a parent accompany them and staying for the duration of the camp or, they can only attend the Day Only Camp. Parents are not required to assist at the camp)

PARENTS ACCOMMODATION: Dormitory accommodation is available for parents, parents will be sharing with other parents (there will be a Female Dorm & a Male Dorm, Limited numbers of Private rooms are also available)

COST PER CHILD:  $330 per child

COST DAY ONLY CAMP (2 days):  $299 (kids to be dropped off in the morning and picked up either before or after dinner)

COST OF 2ND CHILD (sibling-non Little Athletics members are welcome):  $229

COST PER PARENT:  $229 per Parent accompany child

APPLICATIONS CLOSE:  Final closing date is Saturday, 1 December 2018

KRIS KRINGLE: Please bring a novelty Kris Kringle Christmas Gift (valued at no more than $10), wrapped & labelled for “boy”, “girl” or “boy/girl”. NB: Due to allergy considerations, NO food products are to be given as presents includes chocolates and lollies!!!

HOW DO I GET THERE?  Parents are responsible for the transport of athletes to and from the venue.

CAN I BUY FOOD?  All meals are provided; however, participants may bring their own healthy snack foods. The first meal provided is dinner at 7.30pm on Friday night. There is NO canteen facility and athletes will not be permitted to leave the site to collect/buy food however, fruit will be available at all time.

COACHES:  All coaches employed by LANSW are highly skilled, motivated, experienced and are nationally accredited. Coaches aim to make the camp fun and a valuable learning experience for participants.

REFUND POLICY: There will be a $25 administration fee if cancelling prior to the closing date of Saturday, 1 December. After this date there will be STRICTLY no refund.
