Special mention to Pat Kelly, Western Riverina Zone Coordinator on being nominated for the Citizen of the Year Award for the Berrigan Shire Council. Pat has been involved in Little Athletics for nearly 20 years and held the Presidency role with Finley Little Athletics Club for 16 years.
