After an extensive and thorough recruitment process which attracted a high calibre field of candidates, Rebecca emerged as the ideal person to lead and manage the strategic direction of Little Athletics NSW into the future.

Rebecca comes to Little Athletics NSW with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the sports sector having held senior leadership positions over the past 16 years with the Brisbane Lions FC, Australian Football League, GWS Giants FC and Netball NSW.

With proven senior leadership experience and a thorough understanding of the challenges of community-based sporting organisations, Rebecca will bring a fresh approach to our business model as we confront the challenges presented by COVID-19 and the long term growth and sustainability of Little Athletics across the state.

Rebecca is a Board Member of Royal Life Saving NSW, a founding member of the Sydney Olympic Park Women’s Network and is a dedicated coach and volunteer with her local netball club.

Rebecca will start with Little Athletics NSW on Tuesday 6th October 2020.
